Legal Aid Act, Article 16 (Dismissal of Officers)

① 임원이 제15조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 되면 당연히 퇴직한다.

② 임면권자(任免權者)는 임원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 되면 그 임원을 해임할 수 있다.

1. 신체장애나 정신장애로 직무수행이 매우 곤란하게 되거나 불가능하게 된 경우
