법률구조법 제14조(임원의 직무)

① 이사장은 공단을 대표하고 공단의 업무를 총괄한다.

(1) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Corporation.코퍼^r레이션

② 이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 공단의 업무를 분장하며 이사장이 불가피한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 순위에 따라 그 직무를 대리한다.

③ 감사는 공단의 업무와 회계를 감사(監査)한다.
