법률구조법 제13조(임원 및 그 임기)

① 공단에는 이사장 1명을 포함한 14명 이내의 이사(理事)와 감사(監事) 1명을 둔다.

② 이사장은 법무부장관이 임명하고, 이사와 감사는 이사장의 제청에 의하여 법무부장관이 임명한다.

(2) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Justice,저스티스 and앤드 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 the^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Justice저스티스 upon어판 the^ð더 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 president.프^r레저덴트

③ 이사장과 이사의 임기는 3년으로 하고, 감사의 임기는 2년으로 한다.
