범죄피해자 보호법 시행령 제31조(회의)

① 지구심의회 위원장은 지구심의회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

② 지구심의회의 회의는 위원장을 포함한 재적의원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 District디스트^r릭트 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 two-thirds투-^θ써즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 구조금의 액수에 관한 의견이 세 가지 이상으로 나누어져 각각 3분의 2에 이르지 못한 때에는 3분의 2에 이를 때까지 최소액의 의견 수에 순차로 다액의 의견 수를 더하여 그 중 최다액의 의견을 따른다.
