범죄피해자 보호법 시행령 제28조(위원장의 직무)

① 지구심의회의 위원장은 지구심의회를 대표하고, 지구심의회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 지구심의회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행하고, 지명이 없는 경우에는 지구심의회가 설치된 기관의 소속 공무원인 위원 중에서 선임자가 그 직무를 대행한다.
