범죄피해자 보호법 시행령 제2조(장해의 기준)

① 「범죄피해자 보호법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제3조제1항제5호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 별표 1에 해당하는 신체상의 장해를 말한다. <개정 2017.12.19>

② 범죄피해로 인한 신체상의 장해 부위가 2개인 경우에는 별표 1에 따른 부위별 등급을 정한 후 별표 2에 따라 종합평가등급을 정한다.

③ 신체상의 장해 부위가 3개 이상인 경우에는 먼저 최상급 부위 2개에 대하여 별표 2에 따른 종합평가등급을 정한 후 그 등급과 나머지 부위 중 최상급 부위 1개를 별표 2에 따라 다시 종합평가하여 등급을 정한다.
