범죄인 인도법 제42조의4(외국에 대한 동의 요청)

① 법무부장관은 외국으로부터 인도받은 범죄인을 인도가 허용된 범죄 외의 범죄로도 처벌할 필요가 있다고 판단하는 경우에는 그 외국에 대하여 처벌에 대한 동의를 요청할 수 있다.

② 검사 또는 고위공직자범죄수사처장은 제1항에 따른 동의 요청이 필요하다고 판단하는 경우에는 법무부장관에게 동의 요청을 건의 또는 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 제42조의3제2항을 준용한다. <개정 2021.1.5>
