범죄수익은닉의 규제 및 처벌 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(포상금의 지급 신청)

① 포상금을 받으려는 자는 법무부장관이 정하는 바에 따라 포상금 지급 신청서를 관할 지방공소청장(지방공소청 지청장을 포함한다. 이하 같다)에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2026.9.29>

② 제1항에 따른 신청은 「민원 처리에 관한 법률 시행령」 제2조제1항제3호에도 불구하고 익명 또는 가명으로 할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 사유에 관하여 신청을 접수한 관할 지방공소청장의 확인이 있어야 한다. <개정 2016.2.12, 2026.9.29>

③ 제1항에 따른 신청서를 접수한 관할 지방공소청장은 그 신청서에 법무부장관이 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 법무부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2026.9.29>
