벌금 미납자의 사회봉사 집행에 관한 특례법 제9조(사회봉사의 집행담당자)

① 사회봉사는 보호관찰관이 집행한다. 다만, 보호관찰관은 그 집행의 전부 또는 일부를 국공립기관이나 그 밖의 단체 또는 시설의 협력을 받아 집행할 수 있다.

② 검사는 보호관찰관에게 사회봉사 집행실태에 대한 관련 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있고, 집행방법 및 내용이 부적당하다고 인정하는 경우에는 이에 대한 변경을 요구할 수 있다.

③ 보호관찰관은 검사로부터 제2항의 변경 요구를 받으면 그에 따라 사회봉사의 집행방법 및 내용을 변경하여 집행하여야 한다.
