벌금 미납자의 사회봉사 집행에 관한 특례법 시행령 제7조(집행 개시 시기)

법 제8조에 따라 사회봉사 대상자의 신고를 받은 보호관찰소의 장은 보호관찰관에게 사회봉사 집행 장소 등 집행 여건을 갖추어 지체 없이 사회봉사를 집행하게 하여야 한다. 다만, 사회봉사 대상자의 생업, 학업, 질병 등을 고려하여 집행 개시 시기를 조정할 수 있다.
