Enforcement Decree of the Act on Special Cases concerning Execution of Community Service for Persons Who Fail to Pay Fines, Article 5 (Consent of Applicant to Submission of Materials)

검사는 법 제5조제2항에 따라 공공기관, 민간단체 등에 벌금 납입 능력 확인에 필요한 자료의 제출을 요구할 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 적힌 신청인의 동의서를 첨부하여야 한다.
