Enforcement Decree of the Act on Special Cases concerning Execution of Community Service for Persons Who Fail to Pay Fines, Article 3 (Documents Necessary for Applying for Community Service and Method of Submission)
법 제4조제1항에 따라 사회봉사를 신청하는 사람은 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 주거지를 관할하는 지방공소청(지방공소청 지청을 포함한다. 이하 같다)의 검사에게 신청서를 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2026.9.29>
A person who applies for community service under Article 4 (1) of the Act shall submit an application, with the following documents attached, to a prosecutor of the District PublicPublic Prosecution Office having jurisdiction over the person's residence (including a branch of the District PublicPublic Prosecution Office; hereinafter the same applies):
1. 판결문 또는 약식명령서 사본
1. A copy of the judgment or the summary order;
2. 소득금액 증명서 또는 소득이 없어 소득 신고를 하지 않은 경우에는 그 사실을 확인할 수 있는 자료
2. A certificate of income amount or, where income was not reported because there is no income, materials confirming that fact;
3. 재산세 납부증명서
3. A certificate of payment of property tax;
4. 「국민기초생활 보장법」에 따른 수급권자인 경우 그 사실을 확인할 수 있는 자료
4. Where the person is a recipient under the National Basic Living Security Act, materials confirming that fact; and
5. 그 밖에 일정한 수입원이나 재산이 없음을 확인할 수 있는 자료
5. Other materials confirming that the person has no regular source of income or property.
