백두대간 보호에 관한 법률 제10조(토지등의 매수ㆍ교환)

① 국가나 지방자치단체는 보호지역을 지정한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 필요하면 토지등의 소유자와 협의하거나 토지등의 소유자의 신청을 받아 보호지역의 토지등을 매수하거나 국유림 또는 공유림과 교환할 수 있다. 다만, 장차 보호지역으로 지정할 필요가 있거나 보호지역의 효율적 보호ㆍ관리를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 대통령령으로 정하는 보호지역 밖의 토지등을 매수ㆍ교환할 수 있다. <개정 2020.5.26>

② 제1항에 따른 토지등의 매수ㆍ교환 절차나 그 밖에 필요한 사항에 관하여는 「국유재산법」 또는 「공유재산 및 물품관리법」을 준용한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
