배타적 경제수역 및 대륙붕에 관한 법률 제4조(외국 또는 외국인의 권리 및 의무)

① 외국 또는 외국인은 협약의 관련 규정에 따를 것을 조건으로 대한민국의 배타적 경제수역과 대륙붕에서 항행(航行) 또는 상공 비행의 자유, 해저 전선(電線) 또는 관선(管線) 부설의 자유 및 그 자유와 관련되는 것으로서 국제적으로 적법한 그 밖의 해양 이용에 관한 자유를 누린다. <개정 2017.3.21>

② 외국 또는 외국인은 대한민국의 배타적 경제수역과 대륙붕에서 권리를 행사하고 의무를 이행할 때에는 대한민국의 권리와 의무를 적절히 고려하고 대한민국의 법령을 준수하여야 한다. <개정 2017.3.21>
