방송통신설비의 기술기준에 관한 규정 제27조(통신규약)

① 사업자는 정보통신설비와 이에 연결되는 다른 정보통신설비 또는 이용자설비와의 사이에 정보의 상호전달을 위하여 사용하는 통신규약을 인터넷, 언론매체 또는 그 밖의 홍보매체를 활용하여 공개하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 사업자가 공개하여야 할 통신규약의 종류와 범위에 대한 세부 기술기준은 과학기술정보통신부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
