Regulations on Technical Standards for Broadcasting and Communications Facilities, Article 14 (Technical Standards for Terminal Equipment)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 방송통신설비의 운용자와 이용자의 안전 및 방송통신서비스의 품질향상을 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항에 관한 단말장치의 기술기준을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2011.1.4, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제1항 각 호의 사항에 관한 단말장치의 세부 기술기준을 정한 때에는 이를 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
