방송통신발전 기본법 제23조(방송통신 국제협력)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관 또는 방송미디어통신위원회는 방송통신 분야에 관한 국제적 동향을 파악하고 국제협력을 추진하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>
