Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Development of Broadcasting and Communications, Article 5 (Establishment and Projects of the Korea Information and Communications Promotion Association, etc.)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제15조제1항에 따른 한국정보통신진흥협회(이하 "진흥협회"라 한다)의 설립을 인가한 경우에는 그 사실을 관보 및 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
