Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Development of Broadcasting and Communications, Article 16 (Entrustment of Fund Affairs, etc.)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관과 방송미디어통신위원회는 법 제27조제5항에 따라 기금의 징수ㆍ운용 및 관리에 관한 다음 각 호의 사무를 「전파법」 제66조제1항에 따른 한국방송통신전파진흥원(이하 "진흥원"이라 한다)에 위탁한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

1. 기금의 수입 및 지출에 관한 사항

2. 기금의 운용ㆍ관리에 관한 회계업무

2. Accounting어카운팅 affairs어^f페어즈 concerning컨서닝 operation아퍼^r레이션 and앤드 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund;^f펀드

3. 기금의 여유자금의 운용

② 진흥원은 기금의 관리 및 운용을 명확하게 하기 위하여 기금을 다른 회계와 구분하여 처리하여야 한다.

(2) To투 clarify클레^r러^f파이 the^ð더 management매너지먼트 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund,^f펀드 the^ð디 Agency에이전시 shall섈 account어카운트 for^f포 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 separately세퍼^r러틀리 from^f프^r럼 other어^ð더 accounts.어카운츠

③ 진흥원이 제1항에 따라 위탁받은 사무를 처리하는 데에 드는 비용은 기금의 부담으로 한다.

(3) Expenses익스펜시즈 incurred인커드 by바이 the^ð디 Agency에이전시 in인 handling핸들링 affairs어^f페어즈 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 borne본 by바이 the^ð더 Fund.^f펀드
