Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Development of Broadcasting and Communications, Article 14 (Functions of the Broadcasting and Communications Development Fund Management Council)

② 과학기술정보통신부장관이 방송미디어통신위원회와 협의를 거쳐 제1항제1호에 따른 기금운용계획안을 작성하는 경우에는 법 제25조제1항제2호 및 제3호에 따른 기금의 재원이 방송 분야와 통신 분야의 사업에 적정하게 반영될 수 있도록 노력하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>
