방송법 제57조(예산의 편성)

①공사의 예산은 사장이 편성하고 이사회의 의결로 확정된다. 예산이 확정된 후 발생한 운영계획의 변경, 그 밖의 불가피한 사유로 인하여 예산을 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2020.6.9>

②공사의 사장은 천재ㆍ지변이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 회계연도 개시 전까지 예산이 확정되지 아니한 경우에는 전년도 예산에 준하여 예산을 운영할 수 있다. 이 경우 준예산에 의하여 집행된 예산은 이를 해당연도의 예산에 의하여 집행된 것으로 본다. <개정 2019.12.10, 2020.6.9>
