Act on Broadcast Advertising Sales Agency, etc., Article 10 (Renewal of Permission)

① 제6조제1항에 따라 허가를 받은 광고판매대행자가 허가 유효기간의 만료 후 계속 광고판매대행사업을 하려는 경우에는 방송통신위원회의 재허가를 받아야 하며, 재허가의 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

② 방송통신위원회는 제1항에 따라 재허가를 할 때에는 제6조제1항 각 호와 다음 각 호의 사항을 심사하여야 한다.
