방사성폐기물 관리법 시행령 제8조(사용후핵연료관리부담금의 산정기준 등)

① 법 제15조제1항에 따른 사용후핵연료관리부담금(이하 "부담금"이라 한다)의 산정기준은 별표 2와 같다.

② 부담금의 산정기준에 대한 검토 및 변경에 관하여는 제5조제3항 및 제4항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "관리비용"은 "부담금"으로, "방사성폐기물 발생자"는 "원자력발전사업자"로 본다.
