발전소주변지역 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제27조의2(원자력ㆍ수력발전사업자의 지역지원사업)

① 원자력ㆍ수력발전사업자가 법 제13조의2제1항에 따른 지역지원사업(이하 "사업자지원사업"이라 한다)을 시행하는 경우 같은 조 제2항에 따라 사업자지원사업의 계획 등을 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기간 내에 인터넷 홈페이지 등을 통하여 공개하여야 한다. <신설 2015.5.1>

② 법 제13조의2제3항에 따른 사업자지원사업의 종류는 교육ㆍ장학지원사업, 지역경제협력사업, 주변환경개선사업, 지역복지사업, 지역문화진흥사업, 그 밖의 사업자지원사업으로 하며, 그 구체적인 내용은 별표 3과 같다. <개정 2015.5.1>

③ 법 제13조의2제3항에 따른 사업자지원사업의 규모는 별표 4에 따라 산정된 금액 이내로 한다. 다만, 「원자력안전법」 제21조제3항에 따라 발전용원자로 및 관계시설의 설계수명기간이 만료된 후에 같은 법 제20조제1항에 따른 변경허가를 받고 그 시설을 계속하여 운전하는 원자력발전소에 대해서는 기후에너지환경부장관이 정하여 고시하는 바에 따라 가산금을 추가하여 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.5.1, 2025.10.1, 2025.12.23>

⑤ 제4항제1호에 따른 주변지역 외의 지역에 대하여 원자력발전사업자는 사업자지원사업의 효율성 제고 및 지역의 균형발전을 위하여 필요한 경우 사업자지원금의 100분의 30의 범위에서 사업자지원사업을 시행할 수 있다. <개정 2015.5.1>

⑥ 사업자지원사업은 원자력ㆍ수력발전사업자가 시행하되, 사업자지원사업을 결정하기 전에 지역위원회와 협의하여야 한다. 다만, 제5항에 해당할 경우 원자력발전사업자와 해당 지방자치단체의 장이 협의하여 정하는 사업은 지방자치단체의 장이 시행할 수 있다. <개정 2015.5.1>
