밀산업 육성법 제15조(단체의 설립)

① 밀산업종사자는 밀산업의 지속가능한 발전과 밀산업종사자의 공동이익 등을 도모하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 농림축산식품부장관의 인가를 받아 단체를 설립할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 단체(이하 "단체"라 한다)는 법인으로 하며 단체의 정관, 지도ㆍ감독 및 지원에 필요한 사항은 농림축산식품부령으로 정한다.

③ 단체에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 것 외에는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
