민법 제959조의18(후견계약의 종료)

① 임의후견감독인의 선임 전에는 본인 또는 임의후견인은 언제든지 공증인의 인증을 받은 서면으로 후견계약의 의사표시를 철회할 수 있다.

② 임의후견감독인의 선임 이후에는 본인 또는 임의후견인은 정당한 사유가 있는 때에만 가정법원의 허가를 받아 후견계약을 종료할 수 있다.
