민법 제88조(채권신고의 공고)

①청산인은 취임한 날로부터 2월내에 3회 이상의 공고로 채권자에 대하여 일정한 기간내에 그 채권을 신고할 것을 최고하여야 한다. 그 기간은 2월 이상이어야 한다.

②전항의 공고에는 채권자가 기간내에 신고하지 아니하면 청산으로부터 제외될 것을 표시하여야 한다.

③제1항의 공고는 법원의 등기사항의 공고와 동일한 방법으로 하여야 한다.
