민법 제600조(이자계산의 시기)

이자있는 소비대차는 차주가 목적물의 인도를 받은 때로부터 이자를 계산하여야 하며 차주가 그 책임있는 사유로 수령을 지체할 때에는 대주가 이행을 제공한 때로부터 이자를 계산하여야 한다.
