민법 제1079조(수증자의 과실취득권)

수증자는 유증의 이행을 청구할 수 있는 때로부터 그 목적물의 과실을 취득한다. 그러나 유언자가 유언으로 다른 의사를 표시한 때에는 그 의사에 의한다.
