민ㆍ군기술협력사업 촉진법 제23조(보고ㆍ조사 등)

① 관계중앙행정기관의 장은 민ㆍ군기술협력사업을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정되면 민ㆍ군기술협력사업에 참여한 자에 대하여 관계 업무에 관한 보고 또는 서류 제출을 명하거나 소속 공무원으로 하여금 해당 사업장에 출입하여 관련 장부 및 서류를 조사하거나 관계인에게 질문하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.8.6>
