민ㆍ군기술협력사업 촉진법 시행령 제19조의2(참여기업의 지원 등)

①민ㆍ군기술협력사업으로 개발 또는 이전된 기술을 실용화하기 위한 지원을 받고자 하는 참여기업은 관계중앙행정기관의 장이 정한 실용화계획서를 관계중앙행정기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28>

②법 제15조제5항의 규정에 따른 주관연구기관의 장 등은 법 제15조제5항의 규정에 따라 방위사업청장에게 관련기술자료 및 장비 등을 요청하는 때에는 법 제12조제1항에 따른 민ㆍ군기술협력 전담기구의 장을 경유하여야 한다. <개정 2010.1.27, 2014.1.28>
