물환경보전법 시행령 제69조(공공폐수처리시설 설치 부담금 및 사용료의 징수 위탁)

① 법 제48조제1항 각 호의 자는 법 제49조의6제3항에 따라 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 공공폐수처리시설 설치 부담금 및 공공폐수처리시설 사용료의 징수업무를 위탁하려는 경우에는 납부자의 성명, 주소, 부과금액, 부과사유, 납부기한, 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 적은 징수위탁서를 보내야 한다. <개정 2017.1.17>

② 제1항에 따라 징수를 위탁받은 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 징수한 부담금의 100분의 5에 상당하는 금액을 징수비용으로 남기고, 그 나머지 금액을 지체 없이 위탁한 자에게 납입하여야 한다.
