Act on Development of Water Management Technology and Promotion of the Water Industry, Article 14-2 (Training of Professional Personnel Related to the Water Industry)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 물산업 관련 전문인력을 양성하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다.

② 국가와 지방자치단체는 물산업 관련 전문인력을 양성하기 위하여 대학ㆍ연구기관 및 그 밖의 물산업 관련 전문기관을 물산업 관련 전문인력 양성기관으로 지정하여 교육 및 훈련을 실시하게 할 수 있다.

③ 국가와 지방자치단체는 예산의 범위에서 제2항에 따른 교육 및 훈련에 필요한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다.

④ 국가와 지방자치단체는 물산업 관련 연구기관, 대학 및 물기업 간의 교류ㆍ협력을 강화하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사업을 추진할 수 있다.
