물가안정에 관한 법률 시행령 제25조(권한의 위임)

1. 다음 각 목의 권한을 관세청장에게 위임한다.

1의2. 법 제2조제1항ㆍ제3항 및 제4조의 규정에 의한 최고가격의 지정ㆍ폐지 및 변경에 관한 권한과 이에 관련한 법 제16조제1항의 규정에 의한 명령 및 검사에 관한 권한중 임산물에 관한 권한 및 이에 관련한 법 제29조제2항의 규정에 의한 과태료 부과ㆍ징수권한은 이를 산림청장에게 위임한다.

2. 법 제3조에 따른 가격표시명령에 관한 권한(시ㆍ도지사가 자체적으로 행사하는 권한은 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다) 중 가격표시의무자의 지정에 관한 권한(주무부장관이 별도로 정하여 고시하는 사업자에 관한 지정 권한에 한정한다)은 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임한다.

3. 법 제3조에 따른 가격표시명령에 관한 권한과 관련한 법 제16조제1항에 따른 명령 및 검사에 관한 권한(주무부장관이 별도로 정하여 고시하는 사업자에 대한 명령 및 검사에 관한 권한에 한정한다)과 이와 관련한 법 제29조제2항에 따른 과태료 부과ㆍ징수권한은 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임한다.

4. 법 제29조제1항제1호와 관련한 법 제29조제2항에 따른 과태료의 부과ㆍ징수권한 중 주무부장관이 별도로 정하여 고시하는 사업자에 대한 과태료 부과ㆍ징수권한은 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임한다.

5. 다음 각 목의 권한은 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임한다. 이 경우 업종의 분류는 「통계법」 제22조에 따라 국가데이터처장이 고시하는 표준분류에 따른다.
