물가안정에 관한 법률 시행령 제19조(경제정책조정회의의 협의ㆍ조정 및 의견청취 등)

① 법 제13조에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항에 관하여는 「경제관계장관회의 규정」에 따른 경제관계장관회의의 협의ㆍ조정을 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2013.4.5>

② 경제정책조정회의의 의장은 제1항에 따른 협의ㆍ조정을 할 때에 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 이해관계인을 경제정책조정회의에 참석하게 하거나 서면으로 의견을 들을 수 있다.

③ 재정경제부장관은 제1항에 따른 협의ㆍ조정을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 제1항 각 호의 사항에 대하여 전문가에게 자문할 수 있다. <개정 2025.12.30>
