물가안정에 관한 법률 시행령 제18조(위반행위의 신고 등)

①사업자가 법 제7조의 규정에 위반하거나 법 제9조의 규정에 의한 명령에 위반하여 매점매석행위를 하고 있음을 인지한 자는 그 내용을 명시하여 이를 주무부장관에게 신고할 수 있다. <개정 1981ㆍ4ㆍ1, 1995ㆍ3ㆍ30>

②주무부장관은 제1항의 규정에 의한 신고를 받은 때에는 지체없이 법위반 여부를 확인하여 조치한 후 그 조치결과를 재정경제부장관에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 1994.12.23, 1995.3.30, 1999.1.29, 2008.2.29, 2025.12.30>

③주무부장관이 사업자가 제1항의 위반행위를 하고 있음을 인지한 때에도 제2항과 같다.
