문화유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 제82조의3(금지행위)

① 누구든지 지정문화유산에 글씨 또는 그림 등을 쓰거나 그리거나 새기는 행위 등을 하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2023.8.8>

③ 국가유산청장 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 제2항에 따른 명령을 이행하지 아니하거나 제1항의 행위를 한 사람에게 원상 복구 조치를 하게 하는 것이 적당하지 아니하다고 인정되면 국가 또는 지방자치단체의 부담으로 훼손된 문화유산을 원상 복구하고, 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 제1항의 행위를 한 사람에게 그 비용을 청구할 수 있다. <개정 2023.8.8, 2024.2.13>

④ 제3항에 따라 청구한 비용을 납부하여야 할 사람이 이를 납부하지 아니하는 때에는 국세 체납처분의 예 또는 「지방세외수입금의 징수 등에 관한 법률」에 따라 징수한다.
