문화유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 시행령 제23조(관리자 선임 등의 신고)

①국가지정문화유산에 관하여 법 제40조제1항 본문 및 같은 조 제3항 본문에 따라 신고하려는 자는 해당 국가지정문화유산의 종류, 명칭, 수량 및 소재지 등을 적은 관리자 선임 등의 신고서를 그 사유가 발생한 날부터 15일 이내에 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 및 시ㆍ도지사를 거쳐 국가유산청장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2014.12.23, 2021.11.9, 2024.5.7>
