Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Heritage, Article 21 (Permit Procedures)

①법 제35조에 따라 국가유산청장의 허가를 받으려는 자는 해당 국가지정문화유산의 종류, 명칭, 수량 및 소재지 등을 적은 허가신청서를 관할 특별자치시장, 특별자치도지사, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)을 거쳐 국가유산청장에게 제출해야 하며, 허가사항을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. 이 경우 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 관할 시ㆍ도지사에게 허가신청 사항 등을 알려야 한다. <개정 2014.12.23, 2015.10.6, 2021.11.9, 2024.5.7>

② 제1항 전단에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위에 대한 허가 신청 또는 허가사항의 변경신청을 하는 경우에는 특별자치시장, 특별자치도지사, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장을 거치지 아니하고 국가유산청장에게 직접 신청서를 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2015.10.6, 2024.5.7>
