Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Heritage, Article 20 (Establishing a Comprehensive Maintenance Plan by Cultural Heritage)

① 법 제34조에 따라 국가지정문화유산을 관리하도록 지정된 관리단체는 해당 국가지정문화유산의 효율적인 보존ㆍ관리 및 활용을 위하여 국가유산청장과 협의하여 문화유산별 종합정비계획(이하 이 조에서 "정비계획"이라 한다)을 수립할 수 있다. <개정 2024.5.7>

② 제1항에 따라 수립하는 정비계획은 문화유산의 원형을 보존하는 데 중점을 두어야 하며, 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하여야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>
