Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Heritage, Article 31 (Permission to Enter Areas Restricted from Public Access)

① 국가유산청장은 법 제48조제5항에 따라 공개가 제한되는 지역에 출입하려는 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 그 출입을 허가할 수 있다. <개정 2024.6.14>

1. 문화유산 수리ㆍ관리를 위하여 필요한 경우

2. 문화유산 보호ㆍ보존을 위한 학술조사에 필요한 경우

3. 그 밖에 국가유산청장이 해당 문화유산의 보존ㆍ활용을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우

② 제1항에 따른 허가를 받으려는 자는 별지 제63호서식의 출입허가신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)를 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 및 시ㆍ도지사를 거쳐 국가유산청장에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 국가유산청장이 직접 관리하고 있는 국가지정문화유산의 출입 허가를 받으려는 경우에는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 및 시ㆍ도지사를 거치지 아니하고 직접 국가유산청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.11.18, 2024.6.14>

③ 국가유산청장은 제1항에 따라 공개가 제한되는 지역에 출입을 허가하는 경우 별지 제63호의2서식의 출입허가서를 신청인에게 발급하여야 한다. <신설 2015.1.29, 2024.6.14>
