문화예술진흥법 제5조(문화예술 공간의 설치 권장)

①국가와 지방자치단체는 문화예술 활동을 진흥시키고 국민의 문화 향유 기회를 확대하기 위하여 문화시설을 설치하고 그 문화시설이 이용되도록 시책을 강구하여야 한다. <개정 2023.8.8>

②국가와 지방자치단체는 대통령령으로 정하는 대형 건축물에는 문화시설을 설치하도록 권장하여야 한다.

③국가와 지방자치단체는 제1항에 따른 문화시설의 효율적인 관리와 이용을 촉진하기 위하여 필요하면 그 문화시설의 관리를 비영리 법인ㆍ단체 또는 개인에게 위탁할 수 있다.
