문화예술진흥법 제37조(예술의 전당)

①문화예술을 창달하고 국민의 문화 향유 기회를 확대하며, 그 밖에 문화예술 진흥을 위한 사업을 추진하기 위하여 예술의 전당을 둔다.

②예술의 전당은 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Seoul소울 Arts아츠 Center센터 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③예술의 전당에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 임원과 필요한 직원을 둔다.

(3) The^ð더 Seoul소울 Arts아츠 Center센터 shall섈 have해^v브 officers오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 necessary네서세^r리 employees엠플로이이즈 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

④국가는 예술의 전당의 원활한 운영을 위하여 필요하면 「국유재산법」에도 불구하고 대통령령으로 정하는 국유재산을 예술의 전당에 무상으로 양여(讓與)할 수 있다

⑤예술의 전당에 대하여 이 법에서 규정한 것 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
