무형유산의 보전 및 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제25조(국가무형유산의 공개)

① 국가무형유산의 보유자 또는 보유단체는 법 제28조제1항에 따라 국가무형유산을 공개하려는 경우에는 공개계획서를 작성하여 공개일 30일 전까지 국가유산청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

② 국가무형유산의 보유자 또는 보유단체는 법 제28조제1항에 따라 국가무형유산을 공개하려는 경우에는 공연장ㆍ전시장이나 전수교육시설 등의 공개된 장소에서 일반 국민을 대상으로 공연하거나 실연(實演)하여야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 전통기술 분야의 전승공예품을 제작하는 국가무형유산 보유자 또는 보유단체는 직접 제작한 전승공예품과 해당 전승공예품의 제작과정이 촬영된 영상물을 전시하는 것으로 실연을 갈음할 수 있다. 이 경우 전승공예품은 전년도의 실연 또는 전시 행사 이후 제작한 전승공예품이어야 한다. <신설 2019.12.24, 2024.5.7>

④ 국가무형유산의 보유자 또는 보유단체는 법 제28조제1항에 따른 공개를 완료한 날부터 30일 이내에 공개결과보고서를 국가유산청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2019.12.24, 2024.5.7>
