국가유산청장은 법 제20조제2항에 따라 국가무형유산의 보유자 또는 보유단체에 해당 인정서를 내주는 경우에는 대통령이 수여하는 별지 제1호서식의 국가무형유산 보유자 증서 또는 별지 제2호서식의 국가무형유산 보유단체 증서를 발급할 수 있다. <개정 2024.5.7>
