무역보험법 제36조(이익금과 손실금의 처리)

① 기금을 결산하여 이익금이 생기면 모두 적립하여야 한다.

(1) Where웨어 profits프^r라^f핏츠 arise어^r라이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 settlement세털먼트 of어^v브 accounts어카운츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund,^f펀드 all올 of어^v브 them^ð뎀 shall섈 be비 reserved.^r리저^v브드

② 기금을 결산하여 손실금이 생기면 제1항의 적립금으로 보전(補塡)하고, 적립금이 부족할 때에는 정부가 보전한다.

(2) Where웨어 losses로시즈 arise어^r라이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 settlement세털먼트 of어^v브 accounts어카운츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund,^f펀드 they^ð데이 shall섈 be비 covered커^v버드 by바이 the^ð더 reserve^r리저^v브 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), and앤드 where웨어 the^ð더 reserve^r리저^v브 is이즈 insufficient,인서^f피션트 the^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 shall섈 cover커^v버 them.^ð뎀
