Enforcement Decree of the Trade Insurance Act, Article 3-13 (Purchase and Cancellation of Bonds)
공사는 법 제53조에 따른 업무를 수행하는 데에 지장이 없는 범위에서 채권을 매입하여 소각할 수 있다.
The Corporation may purchase and cancel bonds to the extent that it does not hinder the performance of duties under Article 53 of the Act.
