Act on Establishing the Foundation for Trade Transactions, Article 4 (Projects for Establishing the Foundation for Trade Transactions and Implementing Agencies)

① 산업통상부장관은 기반조성계획을 효율적으로 시행하기 위하여 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여 무역거래기반조성에 관한 다음 각 호의 사업(이하 "무역거래기반조성사업"이라 한다)을 추진하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 산업통상부장관은 주관기관이 무역거래기반조성사업을 하는 데에 드는 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

④ 무역거래기반조성사업의 추진과 제3항에 따른 지원금의 지급ㆍ사용 및 관리에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
