매장유산 보호 및 조사에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(허가 취소 등)

① 국가유산청장은 법 제11조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서 및 같은 조 제2항에 따라 발굴을 허가하는 경우 해당 토지에 대한 권리 취득에 따른 허가의 효력 발생 시기 등 허가의 목적 달성에 필요한 부관을 붙일 수 있다. <개정 2024.5.7>

② 국가유산청장은 법 제11조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서 및 제2항에 따라 발굴허가를 받은 건설공사의 시행자가 그 허가 내용(부관을 포함한다) 및 발굴 시 준수하도록 한 사항 등 지시사항을 위반한 경우 그 허가를 취소할 수 있다. <개정 2024.5.7>
