매장유산 보호 및 조사에 관한 법률 시행령 제26조(국가유산조사로 발견 또는 발굴된 국가유산의 소유권 판정과 국가귀속)

① 법 제23조에 따른 국가 귀속대상 국가유산의 범위, 국가에 귀속된 국가유산의 관리 등에 관하여는 제18조부터 제22조까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "발견신고된 국가유산"은 "국가유산 조사로 발견 또는 발굴된 국가유산"으로 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>
